Potomac View is a new community of ultra-high-end 'estate homes' located in Potomac, Maryland. Home sites are each at least 1 acre and many overlook the Potomac River.

Acton's Landing is a small, but diverse, new community on the site of the old hospital in the Murray Hill neighborhood of Annapolis. It contains a mix of single-family homes, townhomes, and condominiums, all very close to the Annapolis historic center and Spa Creek.

The community of Monocacy Landing at Dearbought is a collection of townhomes a couple miles northeast of downtown Frederick and offers straightforward access to both Montgomery County and Baltimore.
