Ocean City Homes

Most people only know Ocean City as a place you go to for your annual beach vacation. But there's a growing number of folks who have chosen to make the Ocean City area either a permanent home or have purchased a second home in the area for frequent visits.

The "mid-section" of Ocean City is full of high-rise condomiums. Not cheap, but they have their obvious advantages. Ocean City single-family homes can be found on the southern and northern beachfront areas and all along the bayside.

Ocean Pines, Berlin and other "mainland" communities are just over the bay and a few minutes away from the beach, but miles away from the congestion and biggest prices. Unless you're really paying attention you might not even notice that you've crossed the border from the north end of Ocean City into Fenwick Island, Delaware.
