Condominiums came to Ocean City, Maryland in the 1970's. The area between 94th Street and 118th Street came to be known as "Condo Row". You'll know you've reached the "Row" when you notice that the buildings have suddenly rocketed skyward. These high-rise condos continue to be very popular real estate investments and second homes.
