Monocacy Landing at Dearbought
The community of Monocacy Landing at Dearbought is a collection of townhomes a couple miles northeast of downtown Frederick and offers straightforward access to both Montgomery County and Baltimore.
Monocacy Landing has a very nice location along the banks of (surprise!) the Monocacy River. You'll find nearby walking trails and parks that take advantage of the river. The exterior look of these townhomes is rather unique, with lots of windows along the front side that give it the look of much older in-city townhomes. Buildings are four stories, with each unit taking two floors. Each unit has a one car garage.
