Acton's Landing
Acton's Landing is a small, but diverse, new community on the site of the old hospital in the Murray Hill neighborhood of Annapolis. It contains a mix of single-family homes, townhomes, and condominiums, all very close to the Annapolis historic center and Spa Creek.
The now-approved final design for the Acton's Landing community allows for a total of 106 dwellings, including 79 condo units and 27 single-family and townhomes. The Murray Hill neighborhood is a very desirable place to live thanks to the existing historic homes. Residents of Acton's Landing will be a short walk from shops and restaurants.
New single-family homes range from 3,700 to 5,200 square feet and townhomes are around 2,500 square feet. Most of the condominium units have two bedrooms and some models include a separate den.
