The Residences at Park Place is a luxury condominium that's part of the Park Place project located at Westgate Circle, where West Street, Spa Road, and Taylor Avenue converge.
Park Place in Annapolis is a multi-use project that's to include "The Residences" condomiums, office buildings with ground-level retail shops, cafés and restaurants, and the "upscale" Westin Annapolis Hotel.
The centerpiece of Park Place is the seven-story condominium building rising at the end of the entry road (appropriately named "Park Place") off of West Street. "The Residences" will include 208 luxury condominiums, an outdoor swimming pool, private exercise facility, concierge services and private underground parking. Condo sizes will range from 1 to 3 bedrooms and initial offering prices are from $400,000 to a little over $1 million.
