Park Place in Annapolis, MarylandPark Place in Annapolis is a multi-use project that's to include "The Residences" condomiums, office buildings with ground-level retail shops, cafés and restaurants, and the "upscale" Westin Annapolis Hotel. It's located at Westgate Circle, where West Street, Spa Road, and Taylor Avenue converge. View the area around Park Place with this interactive map (under construction in the northeast corner of the intersection of West Street (450) and Taylor Avenue (435)). The centerpiece of Park Place is the seven-story condominium building rising at the end of the entry road (appropriately named "Park Place") off of West Street. "The Residences" will include 208 luxury condominiums, an outdoor swimming pool, private exercise facility, concierge services and private underground parking. Condo sizes will range from 1 to 3 bedrooms and initial offering prices are from $400,000 to a little over $1 million.
Assuming the plans are fully implemented, Park Place is sure to become a new landmark in Annapolis. The first tenants for office space have been signed and occupancy of both the condominiums and office space is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2006.
